Privacy in Remansia is simple: the app collects no personal data. This policy explains in detail what happens in the app and on this website.

The Remansia app

It needs no account or sign-up, and never asks for your name, email or any other data.
It includes no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and shares no information with third parties.
It works offline and sends no data to any server.
Your garden (your koi and the names you give them, their size, the gifts you have received and your sound preference) is stored only on your device, and is deleted if you uninstall the app.
It uses your phone's vibration to accompany your touches. It does not access the camera, microphone, location, contacts or your files.

Because the app processes no personal data, there is no data to retain, share or transfer.

This website

It uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and stores nothing in your browser.
It loads no third-party resources: text, images, fonts and code are all served from this site.
We keep our own, anonymous statistics of visits to learn how many people visit, from where, and which parts of the site interest them. They are stored on our own server and shared with no one.

What we note about each visit

The page visited, the date and time, and the site you came from if your browser tells us.
General technical data: type of device, browser, operating system, language, screen size, time zone, preferences such as dark mode, and how long the page takes to load.
Your approximate country, region and city and the network (provider) you connect through, worked out from your IP address at the time of the visit.
How you use the page: reading time, how far down you scroll, which sections you see and whether you touch the pond, listen to the sound or use its controls.

How we keep you anonymous

Your IP address is shortened before it is stored (for example, 83.45.x.x), so it doesn’t identify you.
To count unique visitors we use an anonymous key that changes every day: you cannot be recognised from one day to the next.
We don’t try to identify you and we don’t combine this data with any other.
Automated visitors (search engines, bots and programs that crawl or scan websites) are stored with their full IP address, to tell them apart from people and to protect the site.
Statistics are kept for at most 13 months and then deleted.
Like any web server, the server hosting the site may log technical data about requests (IP address, date and time, browser) to keep it secure and working, and keeps it only as long as strictly necessary.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it secure (article 6.1.f GDPR). You can object by writing to somos@amber.es.

If you write to somos@amber.es, we will use your address and message only to reply to you, and keep them only as long as needed to handle your request.

Children

Remansia is suitable for all ages. As the app collects no personal data, it collects no data from children either.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to somos@amber.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

If anything relevant changes in the future (for example, if the app added purchases or an online feature), we will update this policy and its date before the change takes effect. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
